Aluminized zinc silicon plate product is an important alloying martial in daily life. Aluminized zinc silicon plate consist of aluminum and zinc, and is made of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon when aluminum, zinc and silicon are solidified under 600°C.

Its structure is a quaternary crystal alloy, including aluminum, iron, silicon and zinc. Hot aluminized zinc silicon product is made of cold-rolling steel plate with high intensity and thickness.

55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon will be hot-dipped on the surface of steel baseplate, which will grant aluminized zinc steel plate great anti-corrosion property.

Aluminum Zinc Silicon Production Line

The 1250mm aluminized zinc silicon production line can produce the plate in specification of 0.16-0.8mm*900-1250mm. Annual capacity of this line is 300,000 tons.

The line adopts the international most advanced Unite States Steel Corp production technology, and heating continuous annealing furnace with full radiant tube. The annealing furnace adopts shielding gas circulating jetting technology to cool steel, and is equipped with the most advanced and highest precision production equipment, such as double bending and double straighten withdrawal and straightening machine, temper mill, laser thickness measuring gauges.

The galvalume steel plate production line can produce fingerprint resistant galvalume plate based on different purposes.
